Production Turnaround

All of our gowns and separates are made to order in New York City.  Our current production turnaround time is 3-4 months for gowns and 1-2 months for separates, not including shipping times.  For U.S. orders, please add 2-3 business days to the turnaround time to account for shipping. For international orders, please add 1 month to the turnaround time to account for shipping and customs.


Rush Orders

If you are in a hurry, we can sometimes expedite an order for an additional fee.  Please email us prior to placing your order to discuss your timeline and to confirm that we are able to accommodate you.



Please email us with your bust, waist and hip measurements and we can assist with sizing based on our size chart.  



Our customers should expect to have alterations done in order to achieve the perfect fit.  At this time, we do not offer alterations, and we are not responsible for any alterations done after you receive your gown.  Any alterations should be done by an experienced tailor.



We try our best to describe and accurately depict our colors online. Colors in photos can vary from one computer screen to another. When in doubt, please contact us.  We are happy to send complimentary swatches. 


Custom Colors

Some styles can be made in custom colors at an additional cost.  Complimentary swatches are available upon request.


Shipping Methods

We ship our packages using UPS or DHL with delivery confirmation and online tracking.  If you would prefer a different shipping courier, please email us so we may arrange it for you.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on the item. 


International Customers

Your package may be subject to customs, and any duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and not Alexandra Grecco LLC. 


Shipping Issues or Lost Packages

Please ensure that you supply us with a secure shipping address.  After your package leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the mailing service.  We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during or after shipping.



We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Amex via Stripe.  


Return Policy

Because our items are made to order, all sales are final.  We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit beyond the policy outlined below.  


Additional Policies

You may make changes to your order up to 48 hours after placing it.  After 48 hours, we will begin production.  Customers may be subject to fees for any changes that involve extra labor, changes in material or sizing, etc., and we cannot guarantee that these changes can be made after the 48-hour period.  As a courtesy to our customers, if you need to cancel your order, we offer a 50% refund up to 2 months after your order has been placed.  The non-refundable 50% covers the cost of materials and labor.  Beyond 2 months, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit.

We begin production on rush orders immediately, therefore, no changes can be made after your rush order has been placed.
